General terms and conditions for website users and customers
By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with outdoors-online.uk.com a trading name of Country Concept Ltd. 18-20 Market Street, Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria CA17 4QS . Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to the outdoors-online.uk.com. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by outdoors-online.uk.com.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), telephone, post, fax. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.
No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. All International orders must be delivered to the address registered with the card issuer.
Please note that due to the fixed costs of processing an order and delivering it Free within the UK, we have a minimum order value of £25.00. For all orders below £25.00 there is a small UK Delivery Charge of £2.99
For any orders cancelled prior to despatch, we reserve the right to apply a 3% charge to cover the cost of administration and credit card handling charges.
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. Charges for the different delivery services can by obtained from our Sales Team and are also listed within the Delivery Options Tab. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, a refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
In the event that a Tracked or Tracked and Signed for parcel, has been delivered but delivery is disputed, we reserve the right to refund, or replace after carrier investigations and receipt of signed declaration of non delivery has been received by ourselves, a process which can take up to 30 days
Orders received by 12 midday will be shipped same day for in stock items in our main warehouse. If your item/s are out of stock you will be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Orders received at the weekend and bank holidays are shipped on the next working day.
24 Hour or 'Next Day' delivery is available within the UK, however some areas are subject to extended delivery times, please call our office for an estimated delivery time.
If you live in the UK Standard delivery is FREE on absolutely everything on all orders over £25.00, there is a £2.99 UK delivery charge for all orders under £25.00. We require a signature for all deliveries, therefore please ensure the parcel can be signed for at the requested delivery address . Our site allows you to opt for other carriage options during the order process and the additional charge will be reflected in your basket.

It is possible for us to supply international orders with carriage calculated online based on the destination, weight and service required.
We can offer a delivery services to many international destinations:-

When any of the above Countries are selected as the delivery destination then carriage is calculated and added to the cost of the Basket.
PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS. ORDERS WITH AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED.
For Countries where VAT does not apply then the VAT at the current rate will be deducted from your order at the Basket.
EEC countries enjoy the free movement of goods. However for customers outside the EEC it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duties or customs charges applicable in the destination country and enquiries should be made with the relevant authority about such charges before ordering.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Outdoors Online.uk.com and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange, or you have decided not to keep it, please send it back to us, in an unused and unworn state together with the products original packaging, labeling, within 30 days and a brief description of the reason for return. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. Delivery costs will only be refunded should the product be found to be faulted or incorrectly delivered. If items are returned for refund which when applied to your account takes the original order under the £25 free delivery threshold we reserve the right to apply the £2.99 minimum carraige charge which should apply to a small order.
If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, and a complete description of the nature of the fault. Following examination by either ourselves or the Manufacturer, we will notify you of the outcome and provide you with a full exchange of the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please contact our Sales Team on 017683 725252. We are here to help you. We would ask you to use Royal Mail "Proof of Posting" for parcels under £20 value and "Compensation Fee Parcel" service for parcels over £20. We regret that we will only be able to refund postage to the value of the currently listed price by the Royal Mail for the above 2 services.
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Please identify clearly the area or part that has failed. All items must be returned in a clean, dry condition, otherwise they may be returned to you without attention. Further advice is available by contacting our Sales Team during office hours.
Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalized or made to your specification.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail, telephone, fax or write to us quoting your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed courier’s direct costs from the refund given.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, snow, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.
Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
Pricing, Text and Images
Prices, specifications and images are checked to the best of our ability, and every effort has been made to ensure accuracy. No responsibility can be accepted for minor changes or omissions and we reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of the outdoors-online.uk.com until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
ComplaintsAny complaint or compliment can be sent to our Sales Team. We will endeavor to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.
