How to order
Purchasing an item is simple, quick and secure.
If you are ordering for the first time you will be asked to Login or Register. You should enter your email address and choose a password. Please enter your full name, delivery address, and your contact details. Please take care to enter this information accurately, as this will enable the smooth processing of your order without delay.
After browsing the online catalogue click on any items that you want to buy, select the size and colour where appropriate and add them to your shopping basket. You can then continue shopping or proceed to the Check Out. You are then given the opportunity to enter an alternate delivery address (For UK Customers only) or select one you have previously entered. You are also able to make any notes or comments.
Please note that due to the fixed costs of processing an order and delivering it Free within the UK, we have a minimum order value of £25.00. For all orders below £25.00 there is a small UK Delivery Charge of £2.99
When you have finished click Submit. You are then asked to choose a delivery zone relevant to the address used. You can now select from a range of delivery options, the chosen service will then be added to your basket. Please check your basket for the correct amount of products ordered and the correct delivery service.
Please note that if your order is below £25.00 you cannot select the Free Delivery option and your order will not be despatched
To confirm your order, you must then click Submit – this will then take you away from the Outdoor Online web site to a Secure (https:) Sage Pay web site where your credit card details can then be entered. Please note that no credit card information is held by Outdoors Online.uk.com. Outdoors Online is PCI Compliant.
After completing Credit Card Verification your order will be processed and you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order by Outdoors Online.uk.com. A further e-mail will be sent upon despatch of your order.
For any orders cancelled prior to despatch, we reserve the right to apply a 3% charge to cover the cost of administration and credit card handling charges.
You can track your order at any time by clicking on View your order history at the top of every page ( this option will only be visible once you have logged onto the site ).
You can change your account details at any time by clicking on Change your details at the top of every page ( this option will only be visible once you have logged onto the site ).
Should you forget your password just click Login or Register and you will have the opportunity to enter your e-mail address and Outdoors Online will send and immediate e-mail with your login details enclosed.
